Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-drawer-010-* variables. Client component. Search covers both the name and the second line, so a record is found by tax number or by city alike. The choice survives typing: the list narrows but the mark stays. Confirmation is pinned to the bottom and disabled while nothing is chosen.
