Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-dialog-003-*. Opening is held by the HTML popover, and submission by <form method="dialog">: Enter in the field acts as a submit, and no separate handler is needed. autoFocus on the field moves focus into it on open, so typing can start right away.
