Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-dialog-006-*. Here the popover is "manual" rather than "auto": Esc and a click on the backdrop do not close the window, and the only way out is the cancel button. The progress bar takes its width from the --vibeui-dialog-006-value variable; value={null} turns on a running segment and removes aria-valuenow. The spinner is drawn with a border that has one coloured edge.
