What does External Link Button depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in External Link Button?
Adapt: the link label; the address through the href prop, which also supplies the host; whether the host shows, through the showHost prop. Keep as installed: a real <a> with href: a click handler loses copy-link, middle click and the status-bar preview; rel="noreferrer noopener" next to target="_blank" — that is protection for the opening page, not decoration; the hidden 'opens in a new tab' note: target on its own tells a screen reader nothing.
Is External Link Button free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-button-047-* variables. Server component, the root is a real <a> with target="_blank" and rel="noreferrer noopener": the address can be copied, opened in a new tab and seen in the status bar. The host is extracted from href through URL, with a fallback string parse. The "arrow out of a frame" mark is drawn with the borders of pseudo-elements; the hidden line for a screen reader is hidden with clip-path.
