Product Hover Card
A product card at a name in running text: price and availability sit above reviews, and the fractional rating is painted with a gradient — 4.3 reads as 4.3.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the name through name, the prices through price and oldPrice

FAQ
- How do I add Product Hover Card with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Product Hover Card depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Product Hover Card?
- Adapt: the name through name, the prices through price and oldPrice; the availability line through stock; the score through rating and the review count through reviews. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-hovercard-003-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the order «price, availability, then reviews»: the decision is made on the first two; the gradient fill on the stars: a set of half-stars misstates a fractional score.
- Is Product Hover Card free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-hovercard-003-* variables. Client-side only for the sake of Escape: the handler removes focus from the trigger and the card, held open by :focus-within, closes — the reveal itself stays in CSS. The reveal rests on :hover and :focus-within of the link wrapper. The rating is drawn as a string of five stars in ::before, filled with a linear gradient whose breakpoint is calc(rating * 20%) and clipped to the text — a fractional score is shown honestly, without a set of half-stars. The value arrives in --vibeui-hovercard-003-rating. Availability is spelled out in a word, not only by colour.
