What you can change

FAQ

How do I add Native Versus with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Native Versus depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Native Versus?
Adapt: the text of both tooltips through tip; the button captions through nativeLabel and customLabel; the captions under the buttons and the closing line: nativeCaption, customCaption, note. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-tooltip-002-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the native cell untouched: it is supposed to behave like a system tooltip; opening the custom tooltip on :focus-within — without it half the users never see it.
Is Native Versus free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

For developers

npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/tooltip-002.json

This command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-002-*. It is a server component: both tooltips rest on :hover and :focus-within, no JS is needed. The left cell is deliberately left native — the title attribute shows the system tooltip after a second or so, with no arrow and no reaction to Tab. The right one is assembled by hand: the tail is a rotated square in the same colour, the opening is duplicated by focus, and the link to the button is declared through aria-describedby.
