Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-tooltip-013-*. It is a server component: the side is declared by the data-side attribute on the cell, and two rules set top and bottom together with the tail offset. Unlike switching along the horizontal, here the vertical side of the opening changes — an item near the top edge opens its tooltip downwards, one near the bottom opens it upwards, and the tail stays on its own edge.
