Alert
Decision Alert
An alert that asks for a decision on the spot: two buttons under the text. In destructive mode the confirm button turns red without becoming the primary one.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the title, description, confirmLabel and cancelLabel copy
- destructive — turns on the dangerous mode
- the onConfirm and onCancel handlers

FAQ
- How do I add Decision Alert with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Decision Alert depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Decision Alert?
- Adapt: the title, description, confirmLabel and cancelLabel copy; destructive — turns on the dangerous mode; the onConfirm and onCancel handlers. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-alert-004-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-destructive, bg-primary and the like); light-dark() in the palette: the component has to follow the surrounding color-scheme rather than ship a dark theme of its own; the transparent background by default — the component sits on the page background instead of laying a panel under itself.
- Is Decision Alert free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.
For developers
npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/alert-004.jsonThis command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-alert-004-*. The buttons stand under the text rather than in the heading row: the decision is taken once the reading is done. The destructive prop recolours the glyph, the border and the confirm button in the danger tone and switches the role to alertdialog. In a narrow column the buttons stretch to the full width through @container.
