Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-banner-005-* variables. Server-side: the ratio is computed from used and limit, put into --vibeui-banner-005-ratio, and the bar width is derived by calc. The state (calm, tight, over) is declared through the data-state attribute and overrides a single tone — there are no separate rule sets per state. The bar is marked up as role="progressbar" with aria-valuenow. The layout is computed from the component's own width through the @container rule on the inner shell.
