Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-banner-006-* variables. Server-side: no hooks. The indicator is three bars of different heights; they go out in turn through animation-delay, and the last one stays permanently dimmed: a broken signal reads by shape, not only by colour. The bar is dark and declared role="status" with aria-live="polite". The layout is computed from the component's own width: the @container rule on the inner shell spans the button across a narrow screen.
