Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-cascader-007-* variables. Client-side: the list of selected «parent → child» keys lives in useState. A parent checkbox holds no state of its own — checked and indeterminate are computed from the children, so they cannot fall out of sync. The third state is set by a ref callback: input.indeterminate has no HTML attribute. Rows are highlighted through :has(input:focus-visible), so focus is visible on the whole row rather than on the checkbox itself. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the panel has no surface of its own by default, it sits directly on the page background and darkens with it.
