A classified-ad rubric built from three native selects: the cascade uses the system picker on a phone, and changing an upper level resets the lower ones.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-cascader-015-* variables. Client-side: the path through the tree lives as a single array in useState. Every level is a native <select> with its own <label>, and the root is a <fieldset> with a <legend>, so the whole group is announced as a form. Changing a level trims the path by depth (path.slice(0, depth)) and appends the new value, so the lower levels reset automatically, without manual synchronisation. A level with no options is not hidden but gets disabled and the caption «level not needed»: a disappearing field shifts the form. The readiness flag accounts for the fact that some categories have no third level — otherwise the publish button would never unlock. There are deliberately no animations: a native select is drawn by the system.
