Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-breadcrumb-002-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The markup is a nav with an aria-label and an ordered list: the order of the levels carries meaning. The separator arrives through a variable and is printed by the li + li::before pseudo-element. The last level is rendered as a span with aria-current="page" rather than a link.
