Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-navmenu-002-*. Server-side: no hooks, the panel is a popover="auto" anchored to the navigation bar. The panel is laid out in two grid columns: the promo and the list. The promo is a link in its entirety, so the whole card is clickable, and its background is built from a radial gradient over a flat colour — the component pulls in no images.
