Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-pagination-002-* variables. Server rendered: no hooks, the bounds are computed from the props. The edge of the list is marked with aria-disabled on the link: the button stays in place but does not work, so the navigation row does not jump. The numbers are set in tabular figures.
