Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-breadcrumb-009-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The state of a step is computed from its index and the current prop and exposed as data-state; only completed steps become links. The current step is marked with aria-current="step", and the navigation as a whole with an aria-label carrying the step number and their total.
