Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-card-008-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; light-dark() in the palette: the component has to follow the surrounding color-scheme rather than ship a dark theme of its own; the transparent fill as a design decision: an add card has no surface of its own, which is why it takes no background prop.
Is Add Card free?

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-card-008-*. Server-side: no hooks. The root is a <button>, not a div with onClick: role, keyboard and focus come free. The minimum height is set so that the card matches the real ones in a row. The plus is drawn as a circle with two pseudo-elements.
