Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-card-019-*. Server-side: no hooks. The drawing is assembled from three blank sheets on ordinary spans with transform rotations — no picture is needed, and neither is an icon font. The whole block is marked aria-hidden, because the meaning is carried by the text. There is exactly one action, and the alternative is given as a line of text: two equal buttons in an empty state turn the way out into a question.
