Task Checklist Row
A task row with a native checkbox input: a completed task gets its title struck through, with a due date and an assignee tile carrying the full name in its label.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- title and due — the task title and the due date

FAQ
- How do I add Task Checklist Row with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Task Checklist Row depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Task Checklist Row?
- Adapt: title and due — the task title and the due date; assignee and assigneeName — the initials and the full name of the assignee; name — the form field name, defaultChecked — the initial state. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-item-011-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the native input instead of React state: this keeps the row form-ready and server-rendered; the transparent stretched input inside the label — display:none would drop it out of the focus order.
- Is Task Checklist Row free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-item-011-* variables. Server component: there is no React state, the value is held by a native input type=checkbox inside a nested label and submitted with the form, as in item-007. The input is not hidden with display:none but stretched transparently over its label — otherwise it would drop out of the focus order. The checkmark toggles not only the fill of the small square but also the strike-through of the title, through :has(input:checked): a completed task reads at once, without a glance at the checkbox itself. The assignee tile shows the initials, while the full name lies in the aria-label.
