Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-item-004-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The root element is an a, so the row enters the page's link list as a whole rather than by its title alone, and needs no stretched ::after the way item-001 does. The :hover and :focus-visible states are described by a single rule, so the keyboard path looks the same as the mouse one.
