Technical notes
Self-contained: one file, no dependencies, palette in --vibeui-card-173-*. A client component: "use client" is there for useEffect with setInterval. Time and date are formatted with Intl.DateTimeFormat by locale and timeZone. The server does not know the time: the first render shows dashes and fills in after hydration. Spark positions are deterministic rather than Math.random() so the server and client markup match.
