Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-card-017-*. Server-side: no hooks. The markup is a figure with a blockquote and a figcaption: the link between the author and the quote is described by the standard, not by proximity in the layout. The decorative quote mark is drawn with a pseudo-element and is therefore absent from the accessibility tree. The stars are cut out with clip-path and marked aria-hidden, and the rating is duplicated by a visually hidden "Rated 5 out of 5" line. The hue of the initials circle is computed from the name with FNV-1a.
