Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-card-014-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the baseline next to the percent: "+12%" without an answer to "against what" is a mood, not a number; the sign and the arrow alongside colour: in print and for colour-blind readers the colour is gone.

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-card-014-*. Server-side: no hooks. The direction and the tone are computed once and go out into data-direction and data-tone, so the colour and the arrow's rotation live in CSS rather than in the markup. The invert prop flips the reading for metrics where a rise is bad news. The word "rise"/"decline" is duplicated in visually hidden text: an arrow is not read aloud.
