Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-progress-008-*. A server component: no hooks. The track is drawn with two pseudo-elements of the container: ::before is a grey line across the full width, ::after is the fill up to the current milestone from the value variable; the milestones sit above it as ordinary spans in a flex with space between. The surface-coloured ring around a milestone is set with border, so the line underneath does not show through. The share is computed as index / (total − 1): the fill arrives exactly at the centre of the current milestone rather than "somewhere near it". role="progressbar" is declared in steps, and aria-valuetext repeats the line "Step 3 of 5: Checking the data".
