Technical notes
A server component, there are no hooks. The shape is a chat bubble with a pseudo-element tail and three dots inside. Unlike the wave of dots, the order here is strict: animation-timing-function steps(1,end) switches a dot's brightness in a jump rather than smoothly, and at any moment exactly one dot is lit — that is what makes the highlight read as "typing" rather than as general loading. The delays are computed off a single variable, --vibeui-spinner-007-speed, so the tempo changes through one number. The block is declared role="status" with aria-live, the dots are decorative and marked aria-hidden. Under prefers-reduced-motion the dots freeze at different opacities. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no background by default — it sits on the page background and darkens with it, while the background prop switches on a panel.
