Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-skeleton-005-*. It is a server component: there are no hooks. The cover height is declared as a variable, and the negative margin of the avatar is computed as half its diameter, so changing the height does not break the frame and the real header lands exactly where the placeholder was. The ring around the avatar is drawn by a box-shadow in the surface colour — that is cheaper than a border and does not grow the circle. The stats are laid out on a grid of three equal columns, as many as in the real header. The root is marked with role="status" and aria-busy; under prefers-reduced-motion the shimmer becomes a flat fill.
