Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-spinner-001-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks. The ring is assembled from a border with a coloured top edge, the size is set by a single variable. The block is declared role="status" with aria-live. Under prefers-reduced-motion the rotation is replaced by an opacity pulse. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no background by default — it sits on the page background and darkens with it, while the background prop switches on a panel.
