Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-radio-014-* variables. Server-side: there are no hooks, the radio buttons hold the state. The payment-system logo is a stand-in (a short code in a box) rather than a vector icon; an unavailable method dims but stays in place.
