Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-switch-008-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the reason in words next to the lock: a grey toggle with no text reads as a bug; the live link inside the explanation — it is the only way out of the locked state and must not be disabled.

This command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options

Technical notes

A server component. The switch is turned off through disabled and the track is drawn as a dashed line — the state reads without colour too. The padlock is assembled from a rectangular body and a shackle on a pseudo-element, with no icon package. The link is deliberately not blocked and gets a focus ring of its own: it is the only way out of the dead end. The reason sits in a separate paragraph with a muted background. The palette lives in --vibeui-switch-008-*.
