Data Grid
Bulk Action Bar
A grid with row selection: the toolbar turns into a bulk-action bar with a counter and the total of what is selected, without shifting the table.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the line under the toolbar through caption
- the primary button caption through actionLabel
- the contracts and amounts through rows

FAQ
- How do I add Bulk Action Bar with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Bulk Action Bar depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Bulk Action Bar?
- Adapt: the line under the toolbar through caption; the primary button caption through actionLabel; the contracts and amounts through rows. Keep as installed: the imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-datagrid-002-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the header checkbox's indeterminate state: partial selection cannot be expressed in markup, only from code.
- Is Bulk Action Bar free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The component is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, the palette in --vibeui-datagrid-002-*. A client component: useState holds the list of selected ids. The header checkbox gets indeterminate through a ref callback — this state cannot be set from markup. The action bar occupies the same place as the ordinary header and keeps a min-height, so the rows do not jump at the very first tick. The counter of what is selected is declared aria-live=polite and shows the total straight away — that total is usually the reason rows are selected at all. A selected row is marked both by a fill and by a stripe on the left through an inset box-shadow: a fill alone is not enough next to a hovered row. Every row checkbox has its own aria-label carrying the client name. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): by default the grid lays no panel under itself, it sits on the page background, while the background prop switches on a panel of its own.
