A wide grid with both edge columns frozen: the row label on the left and the owner on the right stay put while the weeks scroll between them.

FAQ
- How do I add Frozen Edges with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Frozen Edges depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Frozen Edges?
- Adapt: the line under the toolbar through caption; the scrolling hint through scrollHint; the column names through weeks and the data through rows. Keep as installed: the imports from @/components/vibeui/ — do not inline their code into the block or swap in your own; the parts receive props only; the local --vibeui-datagrid-003-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the sticky cells' own background: without it the scrolling rows show straight through.
- Is Frozen Edges free?
- Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

Technical notes
A composite block: imports from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The component is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, the palette in --vibeui-datagrid-003-*. Server rendered: there is no state, everything rests on CSS. The edge columns are pinned with position:sticky at left:0 and right:0 and carry a background of their own — without it the scrolling cells show straight through. The table is built with border-collapse:separate: with collapsed borders a sticky cell loses its own line. The scrolling lives in a container with role=region, aria-label and tabindex=0, so it works from the keyboard. The shadow at the pinned edges appears on scrolling through animation-timeline:scroll under @supports — where that is unavailable there is simply no shadow, and the layout does not suffer. The maximum of the week is marked with a pill in a color-mix of the accent. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(); the surface stays opaque deliberately — through transparent sticky cells the scrolling rows would show through — and is overridden by the background prop.
