Technical notes
A composite block: imports from @/components/vibeui/ — the install command brings them along with the block. The block owns the layout and its own text, passes the parts props only and leaves their --vibeui-<name>-* palettes alone. The component is self-contained: one file, no npm dependencies, the palette in --vibeui-datagrid-029-*. A client component: one boolean state switches between the failure and the data, and a second counts the retry attempts. The error is shown as a row inside tbody with a colSpan across the full width: the header stays, so it is visible exactly what failed to load — otherwise it looks as though the table has gone. The block is marked role=alert, because the user may already have looked away. The attempt counter is declared aria-live: without it the retry button looks broken. The glyph is drawn with borders and pseudo-elements so that the component stays a single file with no images; in the demonstration the third attempt succeeds. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): by default the table lays no panel under itself, it sits directly on the page background and darkens along with it, while the error block has a lightness pair of its own.
