Technical notes
One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-contextmenu-002-* palette. Client component: the cursor coordinates and the current tile live in useState. The menu is an HTML popover, so Escape and outside clicks come from the browser; the coordinates are fed in through the --vibeui-contextmenu-002-x/y variables, because they are known only at event time. The long press is built on onPointerDown with a pointerType check and a 500 ms timer, and is cancelled on onPointerUp and onPointerLeave. The tile the menu belongs to is highlighted through data-active and cleared on the popover's toggle event. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(), and the card has no background of its own by default. The menu header carries the file name, with the actions below it and the deletion set off by a line.
