Technical notes

One file, zero dependencies, the --vibeui-dropdown-012-* palette. A client component: useState holds the row selection. The selection header shows the counter through role=status, and the menu button is marked disabled on an empty selection — a vanishing button would shift the header. The "rename" item is marked aria-disabled when exactly one row is not selected: it stays visible and explains the reason with a caption. The rows are ordinary labels with a checkbox, and the highlight on a selected row is done through :has(input:checked). The menu is an HTML popover with anchor positioning inside @supports, and the destructive item is separated by a rule and carries the row count.
