Renovation estimate calculator: area × type × options → price and weeks

A renovation estimate calculator: an area slider with tape-measure ticks, three renovation types as segments with a price per m², options as chips with a per-m² or fixed surcharge. On the right an estimate sheet with a frame: calculation rows, the total and the duration in weeks count up to the new value via requestAnimationFrame, weeks are drawn as cells, the estimate number derives from the selection. The “Save estimate” button dispatches a CustomEvent to window — a request form on the same page can attach the estimate.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
