Site live: a progress ring driven by today's date and a day-by-day report feed

A demonstration of site transparency: a project card with a “day N of M” progress ring computed from today's date via useSyncExternalStore (the server snapshot is null — an empty ring, on the client it eases to the value), start and handover dates, the current stage and the next milestone. Next to it a day-by-day foreman feed with photos and the author's name: dates are also derived from today, future days are marked “planned”. A “camera live” dot pulses.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
