Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-chart-004-* variables. Server component: no hooks. Each row is a grid of the label, the number and a full-width bar, so the numbers stand in an even column. The fill width is a percentage of the maximum, the bar has a role="img" with a label, and the leader is set off by saturation. Motion: bars grow from the left one after another, hover highlights the row; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
