A half-circle gauge with coloured zones and a needle: the needle answers «how much», the zones answer «is this fine or already bad».

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-chart-014-* variables. Server component: no hooks. Each zone is a separate arc computed with trigonometry from its share of the scale; the needle runs from the centre to a point on a shortened radius. The zone boundaries are duplicated as a list under the dial, so the meaning does not rest on colour alone. The svg has a role="img" with the value and the name of the current zone. Motion: zones fade in, the needle swings from zero to the value with a slight overshoot; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
