Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-chart-005-* variables. Server component: no hooks. The bar is a flex row, and the width of every share is set by flex-basis in percent. Shares narrower than eight per cent are not labelled inside: a label does not fit in them, and the legend covers them instead. Every share has its own role="img" with the percentage. Motion: shares unfold left to right one after another, hover highlights the share and its legend row; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
