Chart

Metric Sparkline

A line-sized chart: the number says how much, the curve says where it is going. The colour is derived from the sign of the change, so a decline cannot be painted green.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • values — the series behind the curve
  • label and value — the caption and the current figure; value is a string, so the format stays yours
  • delta and unit — the change over the period and its unit

A link for your AI agent: preview, code and instructions.

FAQ

How do I add Metric Sparkline with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Metric Sparkline depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Metric Sparkline?
Adapt: values — the series behind the curve; label and value — the caption and the current figure; value is a string, so the format stays yours; delta and unit — the change over the period and its unit. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-sparkline-001-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (text-green-500, --chart-1 and the like); deriving the colour from the sign of delta through data-trend: a colour set independently of the value eventually lies; the half-percent flat threshold: a 0.1 % wobble must not be coloured as growth.
Is Metric Sparkline free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

For developers

npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/sparkline-001.json

This command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-sparkline-001-* variables. The curve is an SVG path computed from the values array on the server: there is no client JS. The direction is derived from the delta prop and lands in data-trend, which drives both the line colour and the rotation of the arrow: the colour cannot be set by hand against the sign. The component is inline-flex, so it fits into a table cell and into a line of a card.
