Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, the palette in --vibeui-chart-023-*. Server component, no client JS. The funnel is drawn as one SVG polygon per stage: neighbouring bands share a common border, so the transition between stages looks like a continuous cone rather than a stack of separate blocks. The labels and the drop-off percentages sit outside the shape on thin leader lines — inside the narrow bottom band the text would physically not fit. The SVG carries aria-hidden, and the data for a screen reader lives in a visually hidden table with a caption and scope. Motion: the funnel unfolds top to bottom as one shape, hover highlights a stage; reduced motion shows everything at once; animate=false turns it off.
