Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, palette in the local --vibeui-currency-005-* variables. Client component: the amount is in state, and the state of the block is derived from the share of the limit. Three positions — within, approaching, exceeded — are marked with data-state on the root and override a single accent variable, so the bar, the border and the text change at once. Input above the limit is not forbidden: it is flagged with aria-invalid, because a person often types the amount they need first and then goes to raise the limit.
