Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its palette in local variables --vibeui-tags-004-*. A client component: the tag list, the draft and the name of the highlighted tag live in state. Comparison runs on the normalised form — lowercase, collapsed whitespace, punctuation stripped from the edges — so "Repair", "repair" and "repair." count as one tag; the spelling saved first is the one shown. The highlight is cleared on onAnimationEnd, otherwise the flash plays once and never repeats again. The message sits in an aria-live="assertive" region: a refusal has to be heard immediately.
