Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-otp-004-*. Client component: "use client". The shake is restarted by swapping the animation name: two identical sets of keyframes alternate by the failure counter, so a second failure in a row shakes the field too, while the boxes are not unmounted and focus is not lost. The prefers-reduced-motion rule turns the animation off entirely — the meaning is carried by colour and text. The message is announced through aria-live="assertive".
