Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its palette in local variables --vibeui-tags-006-*. A client component: the tag list with categories, the draft and the selected category live in state. The hue is not picked by hand but derived from the category name with the FNV hash function and substituted into --vibeui-tags-006-hue, so a new category gets a stable colour straight away and the palette does not have to be maintained as a separate list. All three chip colours — background, text and dot — are built from one hue in oklch, so contrast does not break at any hue.
