A failed upload with a way out: it names the cause rather than "upload error", and the retry sits right there — the file is still selected.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in the local --vibeui-file-010-* variables. Client component: "use client" for the sake of the retry. The state of the row is exposed as data-status on the root: the cross, the waiting ring or the check mark are drawn from it. A retry moves the row into the waiting state, and a useEffect on a timer carries it through to success — in a real project a request stands where the timer is. The state text sits in role="status", so the glyph never works alone. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the row has no surface by default, it sits directly on the page background and darkens with it, while the background prop turns on a surface of its own.
