Working Days

Working days of the week as seven toggles: two presets for the usual schedules and a live total in hours instead of abstract checkboxes.

React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

What you can change

  • label — the group heading above the toggles
  • defaultDays — the days switched on at first render
  • hoursPerDay — the length of a working day used in the total

FAQ

How do I add Working Days with Cursor or Claude Code?
Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
What does Working Days depend on?
No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
What can I change in Working Days?
Adapt: label — the group heading above the toggles; defaultDays — the days switched on at first render; hoursPerDay — the length of a working day used in the total. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-calendar-022-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-muted, border-input and the like); the <fieldset> root with a <legend>: this is a group of form controls, and a screen reader must read the shared heading before each toggle; aria-pressed on the day buttons — without it the “on” state exists only as a colour.
Is Working Days free?
Yes. The preview is open without an account; with a free account you can copy up to 20 components a month.

For developers

npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/calendar-022.json

This command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options

Technical notes

The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-calendar-022-*. Client-side: the set of selected days lives in useState as an array of indices where 0 is Monday. The root is a <fieldset> with a <legend>, so the group of toggles is declared by form semantics; every day is a <button> with aria-pressed and an aria-label from the full day name, while the short caption is marked aria-hidden. The day names are taken from Intl.DateTimeFormat, so changing the locale changes the captions without a dictionary in the code. Weekends differ by a dashed border through [data-weekend], and the total is computed by multiplying the number of days by hoursPerDay and declined by the pluralize function.
