Hourly Booking
Hour-by-hour room availability: an interval is assembled in two taps — start and end — while busy hours carry their owner's name and cannot be selected.
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.

FAQ
- How do I add Hourly Booking with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Hourly Booking depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Hourly Booking?
- Adapt: heading — the resource name in the header; date — the day availability is shown for; openFrom and openTo — opening and closing hours, which define the row list. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-calendar-028-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens (bg-muted, text-destructive and the like); assembling the interval in two taps: single slots force a two-hour booking to be made as two records; the disabled attribute on busy hours together with the “busy” aria-label: colour alone does not convey unavailability.
- Is Hourly Booking free?
- The preview is open to everyone; the source is available with a PRO subscription.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, zero dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-calendar-028-*. Client-side: the start, the end and the error text live in useState. Every hour is a <button> inside a list: a busy hour gets disabled and an aria-label with the owner's name, so unavailability is announced rather than merely coloured. The interval logic is linear: the first press sets the start, the second the end, and a press earlier than the start restarts the selection. Before the end is committed, the interval is checked for overlap with someone else's booking by a loop over the hours, and on an overlap a separate message is shown instead of silent ignoring. The total and the error live in one paragraph with aria-live and are switched by the data-bad attribute. The theme comes from the surrounding color-scheme through light-dark(): the component has no surface of its own by default, it sits directly on the page background and darkens along with it, while the background prop brings the panel back. All the captions and messages arrive in the text dictionary with the substitutions {time}, {who}, {count} and {unit}; the Russian values sit in the defaults.
