Calendar
Source Legend
A calendar of several sources: each is told apart by colour and by marker shape, and its visibility toggles from a checkbox through :has().
React + Tailwind, shadcn-compatible: press “Copy for AI” and your Cursor or Claude Code agent installs it with the shadcn CLI.
What you can change
- the sources and events arrays, including marker colour and shape
- the range start through rangeStart
- the grid depth through weeks

FAQ
- How do I add Source Legend with Cursor or Claude Code?
- Press “Copy for AI” on this page and paste it into your agent's chat. The instruction contains the shadcn CLI install command, the dependencies and what to keep, so the agent installs this exact component instead of recreating a lookalike.
- What does Source Legend depend on?
- No npm packages beyond React and Tailwind CSS.
- What can I change in Source Legend?
- Adapt: the sources and events arrays, including marker colour and shape; the range start through rangeStart; the grid depth through weeks. Keep as installed: the local --vibeui-eventcalendar-005-* palette — do not swap it for your theme tokens; the marker shape together with colour: in monochrome print and for colour blindness four dots merge into one; the stateless :has() filtering — it works before hydration and with JS disabled.
- Is Source Legend free?
- The preview is open to everyone; the source is available with a PRO subscription.
For developers
npx shadcn@latest add https://vibeui.club/r/pro/eventcalendar-005.jsonThis command needs a signed link: sign in and open “Component source” below — it issues a working link valid for 30 minutes. All install options
Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own --vibeui-eventcalendar-005-* palette. Server-side: no hooks, the filtering is entirely CSS. The legend is a fieldset with checkboxes; an unchecked box hides both the markers in the grid and the list rows through the rule [data-vibeui-block]:has([data-index=N]:not(:checked)) [data-source=N]{display:none}. A source is encoded twice: by the colour from the data and by the marker shape (circle, square, diamond, triangle) through border-radius, rotate and clip-path. Below the grid there is a scrollable list of the same events.
