A field with a history of submitted values: an entry is saved to localStorage on Enter, the list opens with the down arrow and shows the latest values in full, without filtering by what is typed.

Technical notes
The component is self-contained: one file, no dependencies, its own palette in local variables --vibeui-input-023-*. A client component: "use client". The history is read from localStorage in a useState lazy initializer rather than in an effect: there is no window on the server, so the read goes behind a typeof window branch, and this does not affect the visible part of the first render — the list only opens on a user action. An entry is added on Enter and stored with deduplication — a repeated value moves to the top. The list opens only on ArrowDown and is not filtered by the typed text, and the field is declared role="combobox" with aria-expanded and aria-controls.
